Comments
When visitors write comments on the website, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and the browser’s user agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymised string that is created based on your e-mail address (also called a hash) can be delivered to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy can be found at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture will be visible to the public alongside your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should not upload images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract all location data from images on the website.

If you write a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, e-mail address and website in cookies. This data is stored for your convenience, so that you do not have to enter it again when you write a new comment. These cookies are stored for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this website, we will generate a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is removed when you close the browser.
When you log in, we will generate a number of cookies and save your login information and your choice of screen display. How long we store your data
If you write a comment, the comment and its metadata will be stored indefinitely. This is so that we can recognise and approve all follow-up comments automatically, instead of placing them in a moderator queue.
For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide for their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception that they cannot edit their username). The website’s administrators can also view and edit this information.
What rights do you have over your data?
If you have an account on this website or have written comments, you can request an exported file containing the personal data we have about you, including all of the data you have given us. You can also ask that we delete all personal data we have about you. This does not include any form of data that we are required to store for administrative, legal or security reasons.
