Logistics Central
STENDER has developed a 230,000 m2 area in Greve for logistics. The building is 107,000 m2 distributed over warehouse and administration and will, fully expanded, employ approx. 400 people. The project is the first stage of a number of similar business projects along the Køge Bugt highway. The project has been developed in close cooperation with plot owners, authorities and users. The completed buildings will house companies in logistics and other industries with a high transport need.
